1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

1 teaspoon Paprika

1 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin

1/2 teaspoon Dried Tarragon

1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

2 tablespoons Maple Syrup

15g Butter
Directions
Beautiful chicken breast with great spices and coated with spicy and sweet mix perfect meal for week
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Spray a baking tray with nonstick cooking spray. Place the chicken on the prepared baking tray and brush with the vegetable oil.
- Combine the paprika, salt, cinnamon, cumin, tarragon and pepper in a medium bowl; mix well. Coat the chicken evenly with the paprika mixture and bake for 15 minutes.
- Combine the maple syrup and butter in a small bowl. Brush half of the mixture evenly over the chicken, return to the oven and bake for 5 minutes.
- Turn the chicken over and brush with the remaining maple syrup mixture. Bake until juices run clear when the chicken is pierced with a knife, about 5 minutes longer. Serve hot.
