Directions
Beautiful selection of prime vegetables mixed in buttered herbs
- Combine the butter, lemon zest, garlic and parsley in a small bowl. Add the salt and pepper and set aside.
- Bring a large saucepan of lightly salted water to the boil. Add the carrots and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the peas, corn, green beans and celery. Return to the boil. Simmer until the vegetables are just tender, about 3 minutes longer. Drain vegetables well.
- Add the butter mixture to the pan and place over low heat for about 1 minute. Return the vegetables to the pan. Toss the vegetables in melted butter until well coated and heated through. Serve Hot
