1 1/4 cup Plain Flour

3/4 cup Sugar

1 packet ( 390g) Frozen Red Sour Cherries

1 cup Fresh Raspberries

1 cup Fresh Blueberries

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

30g Cold Buttercut into small pieces

1/2 cup Milk
Directions
A mix of fresh raspberries and cherries making a beautiful cobbler.
- Preheat oven to 190°C. Combine 1/4 cup flour and 1/2 cup sugar in a medium bowl; mix well. Add the cherries, blueberries and raspberries; stir gently to combine. Spoon the berry mixture into a 23cm deep pie plate.
- Combine the remaining flour and sugar and the baking powder in a medium bowl; mix well. Rub in the butter with your fingers until coarse crumbs form. Stir in the milk until combined.
- Drop the dough on top of the fruit mixture. Bake until the fruit is bubbly and the topping is golden, 40-45 minutes. Cool slightly on a wire rack. Serve warm.
