A mix of fresh raspberries and cherries making a beautiful cobbler.

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C. Combine 1/4 cup flour and 1/2 cup sugar in a medium bowl; mix well. Add the cherries, blueberries and raspberries; stir gently to combine. Spoon the berry mixture into a 23cm deep pie plate.
  2. Combine the remaining flour and sugar and the baking powder in a medium bowl; mix well. Rub in the butter with your fingers until coarse crumbs form. Stir in the milk until combined.
  3. Drop the dough on top of the fruit mixture. Bake until the fruit is bubbly and the topping is golden, 40-45 minutes. Cool slightly on a wire rack. Serve warm.
