Q What products does EzyMeal.com deliver?
A EzyMeal.com currently offers primarily home cooked food with emphasis on Low Fat, Low Sugar & Low Salt while High on Nutrition & Hygiene and Fibre. We believe that most urban office workers today are missing their mom's home cooked food and most importantly, it has been prepared in a way that's way more healthy & fresh as compared to the normal hawker style or economical rice found selling at some of the dirty alleys or smelly & smoky food court.
EzyMeal.com is also constantly in the look out for more merchant partners to add more product choices and to cover a wider service area to serve our customers. In fact, EzyMeal.com is looking also to include groceries (including organic products) as a natural part of its ordering and delivery service. Look out for it!
Q What are the hours of operation?
A EzyMeal.com currently delivers healthy home cooked meal from 11.30 am until 2 pm, Mondays to Fridays excluding public holidays. Nevertheless, delivery time varies according to our other merchant partners's (generally 11am to 11pm) when we do include them in stages.

Q How much does delivery cost on top of the product cost?
A Currently there is no delivery charge for our healthy home cooked food, subject to a minimum order of RM 7.90. This may change. We will keep you updated from time to time.
Service tax may be applicable in respect of certain merchant partners. You will be informed before you confirm your order.
Q Where does EzyMeal.com deliver?
A The service area is currently limited to certain buildings in the Kuala Lumpur Golden Triangle area. If the building security permits, we will deliver your order right to your office. We aim to expand our service area to better serve you.
Q How do I find out whether EzyMeal.com delivers to my workplace?
A Once you have log on to www.EzyMeal.com, you just need to click on the Order Range Map at the top left hand corner. Alternatively, you can register as a member and only the addresses in the drop- down are included in our order range.
Q Why doesn't EzyMeal.com serve the building which I work?
A Investing in vehicles/delivery personnel can be very expensive and certain routes may not have enough demand to justify us getting additional vehicles/delivery personnel at this point. However, if you think that we should service your area, drop us an email telling us where you are located, the frequency and quantities that you intend to order each time - this will help us project demands and work towards serving the area which you work. We will also notify you when service becomes available.
Q Q How do I register and what's the advantage?
A Log onto EzyMeal.com and click on Register. You will be asked to fill in a form and accept the terms and conditions. Your registration should be immediate if the information you provide us is sufficient.
We need the information to set up an account so we can start delivering the products ordered by you. By registering you have also become an EzyMeal.com member which means that you will be kept updated on the latest stuff happening with EzyMeal.com such as new merchant partners, new restaurant listings, discounts, special offers, access to our food forum, get a personal food blog and more!
If you are not in our order range, you can still register as a member to our food forum and food blog. You can enjoy viewing & posting in our forum and create your favourite blog! All these for FREE as a member!
Q How do I change my name, email address, address or password?

If you have registered and your personal information has changed since the last time you used our services, you can log in to your account and modify your information at your account's details.
Q How does the delivery system work?
A EzyMeal.com delivers the products you order to the address you specify in your order. Where possible you may designate the delivery time of the products you order. In any case, the details for delivery will be indicated once you confirm your order. If there is a minimum order requirement for deliveries, you will also be informed.
Q How do I pay for my order?
A You can pay online, through MayBank2u or PayPal. Online payment would entitle you Ezy Points. Cash bank-in, ATM transfer and cash on delivery are also acceptable but no Ezy Points would be awarded. Please refer to Order Policies & Guides for more details.
Q Where do I go to get help?
A If you have a question or require assistance to make an order for the first time, you may contact us. If our Online Assistant is offline, you may leave them a message and they will get back to you as soon as possible!
Q Are there any other food suppliers that you are serving?
A For a start, we would be only delivering EzyMeal.com's healthy meal. Over time, we would include other merchant partners so that we can take orders or deliver food for them. We will have, in the course of the next few months, more merchant partners for you to order food from. Q I have complaints about the meal. Who should I go to?
A If you have any complaints or questions regarding the meal, you may contact us through email or our hotline and we will attend to it promptly.
Q I have ordered my meal. How can I be sure that the order is accepted?
A Once you receive an on-screen confirmation that the order is accepted upon check out, your order will be recorded in our order taking system. You need to log in to your email and click on the confirmation button. If for some reason we need to confirm your order again, we will contact you by phone. It is therefore important for you to provide us with a valid email address & phone number that we can contact you well before the requested delivery time.
Q I have not received my order on time. What should I do?
A Please give us plus or minus 15 minutes from your designated time of delivery as KL traffic can be very unpredictable. You can also call +603 - 92852995 to check on the status of the order. Again please ensure that you have your full order details from the email screen when you make the call to us.
